We use the information we collect to be able to respond to your questions, manage and improve our site, and offer you employment.
4.1 Contact with potential and existing customers
We store personal data to be able to create business relationships with new customers, and retain and develop existing ones. Details collected include names, emails, phone numbers, and any correspondence between you and Permascand. These details are collected via networks and communication via phone and email related to our services.
You may correct or delete this information by sending an email to email@example.com. If a business relationship does not develop within 24 months from when first contact has been made, or when a business relationship is concluded, these details are deleted.
4.2 Job seekers
We store personal data to be able to process job applications irrespective of whether applications are made for a specific position or are spontaneous. We process these details to register applications, conduct job interviews, obtain references, for CVs and to contact applicants. The personal data that is stored are details you choose to send us, but also interview notes and technical information if you have interacted with us.
If your CV includes personal data about a reference, it is your responsibility to ensure that your reference is aware that you have submitted these details and to obtain written permission to do so.

The storage of personal data is based on the consent you provide at the time of your application, and is stored for up to 24 months after the conclusion of a recruitment process. You may correct or delete this information by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.3 Information that is automatically collected about you when use the site
To conduct analyses and generate internal reports on the use of permascand.com, we automatically collect personal data about you as a user. We do this to make the site easier to navigate, and to give you the information you need.
We collect these details using Google’s analysis tool, Google Analytics, which collects information and reports user statistics for sites without identifying individual visitors.
Information collected automatically about you by Google Analytics is stored for 24 months, and is then deleted automatically.
5. Your rights
To access your personal data stored by us, we may request additional information about you to ensure that personal data is not transferred to unauthorized parties.
You may request that your personal data be corrected if it is inaccurate. For specified purposes, you also have the right to complement incomplete personal data.
You may request a deletion of personal data if: details are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or processed, or if you revoke your consent.
