Permascand’s sales team is excited to welcome Terry Powell to the company and the Industrial Solutions business segment. He will be focusing on the company's expansion in the chloralkali market and and is going to be a great addition to Permascand’s growth strategy in North America.
Terry Powell is a Chemical Engineer and before joining Permascand he worked at Verantis Corporation, an engineering firm specializing in air pollution control. He began as an Applications Engineer and took on progressively more responsible roles including Technical Sales Director and most recently as the Director of Applications Engineering. He describes his latest roles as customer-facing and sales process focused.

Emil Wiljesäter and Andreas Bergström resign from their positions as employee representative and deputy member of Permascand’s Board of Directors, respectively, due to the fact that they have been appointed to new positions within the company.
IF Metall will appoint a new employee representative.

Permascand has received two orders from a world-leading supplier of chlorate regarding electrochemical cells and correlated equipment for a Greenfield project in South America. The orders will be included as order intake for the first quarter of 2022 and is worth SEK 100 million, with planned deliveries beginning in the latter part of 2022 and beginning of 2023.
The business partnership is well-established and Permascand has historically delivered coatings and new installations to the customer's facilities in Sweden and Europe, as well as North and South America.

The Nomination Committee for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Permascand Top Holding AB (publ) has been appointed. In accordance with the principles adopted on the Annual General Meeting 2021, the Nomination Committee shall consist of five members, of whom four are to be appointed by the four largest owner registered shareholders, with respect to voting power, on the end of the third quarter of the Permascand’s financial year, and the Chairman of the Board.
The Nomination Committee ahead of the 2022 AGM consists of the following members:
- Trond Bjørnøy (appointed by Norvestor VI LP)
- Fredrik Herlitz (appointed by 5J Holding AB)
- Ingar Jensen (appointed by Ulvén Invest AB)
- Patrik Jonsson (appointed by SEB Fonder)
- Per Lindberg (Chairman of the Board, Permascand Top Holding AB)
Trond Bjørnøy has been appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
